This Privacy Notice, based on Article 10, Section IV of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), aims to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship between the data owner and Villa Un Ah Ana.
The data owner may express their refusal to process their personal data for purposes that are not necessary or that gave rise to the relationship between the client and Villa Un Ah Ana through the access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition procedures described in this Privacy Notice.
Non-Personal Information

How You Can Access Your Personal Data
The Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties establishes four actions that you are entitled to exercise regarding the personal data you provide: (i) access your personal data to know the details of their treatment, (ii) rectify them if they are inaccurate, incorrect, or outdated; (iii) cancel them if you believe they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this privacy notice or are being used for unauthorized purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or (iv) object to their processing for specific purposes (known as ARCO rights).
If you need access to the personal data you provided, send an email to admon@unahana.com to the attention of Customer Service with the following:
- Full name and phone number or address.
- A copy of an official photo ID that proves you are the owner of the data you wish to access or, if applicable, as the legal representative of the owner.
- Specify the treatment you want to be made with the collected personal data.
- Locator number. With this data, we can quickly find your information.
Villa Un Ah Ana will inform the owner by email, within a maximum of twenty days from the date the access, rectification, cancellation, or objection request was received, of the decision made, so that, if appropriate, it can be made effective within fifteen days following the date the response is communicated. For personal data access requests, the delivery will be made after verifying the identity of the requester or legal representative, as applicable.
The above-mentioned periods may be extended once for an equal period if the circumstances of the case justify it.
Data Transfers
The personal data you provide when making a reservation are shared with suppliers or affiliated companies with whom you contracted to process and complete the services you acquired through Villa Un Ah Ana. We never transfer personal data to people or companies outside of Villa Un Ah Ana. The information transmitted to suppliers or affiliated companies with whom you contracted depends on the service you reserved:
- Hotel, transfers, tours, and bus tickets: only your name and surname are transferred to the supplier.
- For car rental reservations, only your name, surname, and address are transferred.
The purpose of transmitting the data listed above is necessary for the existence and fulfillment of the legal relationship between the client and Villa Un Ah Ana.
The owner may express their prior refusal to the processing of their personal data through the procedure described in this Privacy Notice. The owner may revoke their consent for their data by sending an email to admon@unahana.com or will have a period of five days to express their refusal for the processing of their personal data for purposes other than those necessary and that gave rise to the legal relationship between Villa Un Ah Ana and the data owner. If the owner does not express their refusal for the treatment of their data in accordance with the above, it will be understood that they have given their consent for their treatment, unless proven otherwise.
Changes to This Privacy Notice
